SECTION 16: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

VELORASHOP works with national and international suppliers and shipping carriers. Delivery times displayed on the website are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, high shipping volumes, carrier delays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

VELORASHOP does not guarantee exact delivery dates and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, suppliers, or other circumstances outside of our control.

SECTION 17: PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, VELORASHOP may, at its discretion, offer a comparable replacement product, place the order on hold until restocked, or issue a full refund.

SECTION 18: PRODUCT INFORMATION

VELORASHOP makes reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, images, colors, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in device displays, manufacturing processes, supplier updates, or other factors, slight variations may occur between the product received and the images displayed on the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VELORASHOP's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to a product, order, service, or use of the website shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.

VELORASHOP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, or other similar damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot be waived or limited under applicable law.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of the customer's country of residence.
