Thank you for shopping with VeloraShop. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders worldwide.

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, holidays, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

  1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

VeloraShop currently ships to most countries worldwide.

If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a refund when applicable.

  1. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, customs procedures, and product availability.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

United States: 7–15 Business Days

Canada: 7–18 Business Days

United Kingdom: 7–18 Business Days

Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 Business Days

Europe: 7–20 Business Days

Latin America: 10–25 Business Days

Other Countries: 10–30 Business Days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  1. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Tracking updates may require several business days to appear within carrier systems.

  1. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately from different warehouses or suppliers.

As a result, products may arrive on different dates.

  1. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before payment is completed.

  1. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

VeloraShop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

  1. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

VeloraShop is not responsible for lost packages, delivery failures, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

  1. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, VeloraShop is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Carrier delays

  • Government actions

  • Labor disputes

  • Natural disasters

  • Force majeure events

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

  1. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide supporting photos.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen may require investigation with the carrier before any resolution can be considered.

  1. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be modified or canceled before they enter processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications and cancellations may no longer be possible.
