RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At VeloraShop, we are committed to providing quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For customers located in Colombia, purchases made through our online store may be canceled within five (5) business days after receiving the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed.

  1. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery and provide photos or videos showing the issue.

In such cases, VeloraShop will evaluate the situation and may offer a replacement, reshipment, or refund as appropriate.

  1. VOLUNTARY RETURNS

We accept return requests within thirty (30) days after delivery for products that are unused and returned in their original packaging.

Unless the product is defective or the error was caused by VeloraShop, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Used personal care or hygiene products.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  1. REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

  1. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

VeloraShop ships to multiple countries worldwide. Delivery times, customs procedures, import duties, taxes, and local regulations may vary depending on the destination country.

Customers are responsible for verifying any local import requirements before placing an order.
